this location was perfect and nice, right by the centre-to the duomo and la scala. we ordered lunch at quei due, located quite a walk from the venue.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a busy area, near decent restaurants, and the center - to the Duomo and La Scala. Got the same deluxe apartment with comfortable beds and good wifi booked online, liked that. the staff were all responsible, incredibly nice.

Friendly staff specially Beatrice who did her best in making our stay as comfortable as can be. Clean and safe place, Carrefoure express is near which is good for families with children. The available high-tech parking system is very convenient to use in this part of the city.
Location is a bit hard to find on the first day.

Very helpful & friendly staff; quiet/safe neighbourhood
The mattresses seem not as comfortable as they should be as compared with other facilities provided in the apartment.

Everything was simply good. Had reasonably large room with good WiFi and all required amenities, as for instance for an enjoyable stay. The staff was very very helpful and created comfortable atmosphere.

The Residenza is located in the vibrant Navigli neighborhood, perfect for wine, dine, and antique shopping. The apartments are spacious with beautiful ceilings. A great place for both leisure and business.
Let's just say the communication about check-in fees could have been clearer. But who needs clear communication anyway?

It was really amazing residence I have ever had in Italy. Staff lady Evelline was very friendly and helped us with all enquiries. We stayed for 4 nights in 2 bedrooms appartments with 2 bathrooms, large living room and fully equiped kitchen. There is high tech parking inside the building. I would say that location is more suitable for young people as there are a lot of nice bars and restaurants in the area. It took us only 20 mins to get to Duomo by tram and 10-15 mins by taxi. I would stay there next time and recommend it for all my friends.

I had a great time in a room with cozy beds and good wifi, the location near the canal was perfect for reaching attractions, and the staff were extremely friendly.

We found the Staff, location and way Residence Ascanio Sforza does business very refreshing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist Miss Beatrice Masi was not only an asset to the residents but as a great wealth of information. Her ability to interact and inform was not only professional but friendly. I look forward to our next visit to Milan and the residence Ascanio Sforza.

In an area with a vast array of restaurants and the best gelati i have ever tasted. The room was spacious with two bathrooms and many rooms.
A bit far from the city center, the area was riddled with graffiti. Lack of essentials in the hotel including no kettle, iron, washing powder, toaster and bread knife.

The apartment had all the basics covered - central heating, a personal safe, and plenty of TV channels. But what really stood out were the staff 😊. They were super nice and made my stay here extra pleasant.

These (quite clean) apartments are in a good location on a lovely canal, with good access to the center via the metro and bus (there are two Metro stops within about a 15 minute walk). Each of the units is named after a piazza in Milan with matching artwork in the unit. Noise was not an issue, despite the canal being lined with bars, and airconditioning also worked well. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.
A little pricey, although that seems to be the case for most places in Milan.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
